Mark Your Calendars! May 6th – Wounded Warriors vs. Sacramento All Stars
SAFE Credit Union along with Aerojet and the River Cats host a softball game where local “celebrities” play against the veterans who are amputees and travel around the US to highlight their motto, “Life without Limits”. The game is a lot of fun and the ticket purchased allows you to stay for the River Cats game after against the Reno Aces.
It can be a full day of baseball and fun for the family and great way to show our support for our wounded comrades who are overcoming their challenges!
Please contact Tony Creel, the President of Sacramento Stand Down Association, with any questions regarding this event at president@standdownsacramento.org.
Our keynote speakers will be Lt. James Bell and Lead Dispatcher Jennifer Honea with the Butte County Sheriff. We will hear first hand accounts of the recent Oroville Dam evacuation and response incident.
